Cat Home Care and Cat Sitting Service FAQs
Here are some question and answers which have come up previously, to help:
Q. I have three cats - would you charge me more for the visits?
A. Yes - We would have to charge a little more to cover my additional time.
Q. How much time would you spend with my cat on each visit?
A. This will depend on the number of cats and what your cat's requirements are. Our visit will last as long as is needed - because your cat comes first
Q. Can you care for my cats over the weekend?
A. Yes I can care for your cats over a weekend. Please see our price guide.
Q. What if my cat needs medication whilst I am away?
A. We are happy to administer medication to your cat - We will ensure that I follow your or your vet's instructions.
Q. We will be worried about my cat whilst I am away - would you text or telephone me to let me know how he/she is?
A. Of course, we would be more than happy to text you with an update (depending on the country).
Q. What happens if my cat becomes ill whilst I am away?
A. If your cat becomes ill whilst you are away, we will in the first instance call your own vet. If they are not available,
we will transport your cat to the first available vet for an emergency consultation. (Please note it is the responsibility of the owner to pay all medical vet bills relating to illness.)
Q. Is there a particular time that you would visit my cat?
A. No, it will be according to your cat's requirements and needs and will be agreed at the initial consultation.
Q. Can you take my cat to the vet?
A. We would be happy to transport you cat to the vet in our fully insured vehicle (for check-ups / visits only (Unfortunately we are unable to transport your vet if he/she has a contagious disease).
Q. Do you offer any other kind of pet service?
A. Yes, we also own Bark2School which is a dog day care based in Gosport. We also offer dog walking and training.
Q. My cat has some behavioural/training problems - are you able to help?
A. We have a fully qualified cat behaviourist who we can refer you too and they would be more than
happy to discuss the problems you are experiencing with your cat and to visit you on a one to one
basis to provide help and advice.
